Fortune Jack pretty much has a reputation now and I think there are many people trusting them and in my opinion, I haven't had a problem using their service as well, but if you had problems with multi-accounting on their part well maybe you had really committed multiple accounts as you have said that you might have a really old account back then, Or your IP address had been used to make a new account for Fortunejack and FJ system detected it, you know people using VPN to hack another IP, Well there are many cases like these and the solution would create a new account on a new IP address.
So what he should do is contact the support of FJ, ask the reason why it was detected that he has multi-accounts? Explain his side that if he has old one, he's not using that anymore.
