Thanks for the info. I have passed it on. He's not on Bitcointalk. I read a lot fof correspondence between him and a guy named Reto at Prominerz. He threatened to take Reto to court on it. Last I talked to him today, he said he was filing a police report in America next week and he has already filed with the FTC. I don't know if anything has changed since then, (9:00am est)
Lots of emails back and fourth between the 2. Prominerz claimed they were waiting on Innosilicon to cancel the order. Don't know if that is true or not. I can say this though. My guy is out 10 grand and about to drop another 5 on a lawyer I referred him to plus travel cost. I almost ordered at the same time he did but wasn't ready when he was. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I asked him if I can have copies of the emails and he said after he files the Police report Monday he will shoot me copies.
