Hello. I would like to start investing in altcoins besides bitcoin again. My biggest criterion for the token is that its not an ICO project. Never had any great return from it.
So are there any new non ICO projects with some potential being traded on stable exchanges? Thanks
why do you have to choose altcoin that doesn't use ICO?
Do you feel better that altcoin stands alone without having to use ICO?
