This may sound strange, but theymos may use the Satoshi account to trick people into the tenth anniversary of the forum.He has done a lot in April Fools so this trick will be amazing and it will make a lot of fuss.
As for Satoshi, I do not expect that he will return soon. A lot of tremors will actually occur in the price if he/she/they appears.
But while this would make a lot of fuss, I don't think people would like this. Theymos already has a lot of "enemies" due to the BCH and /r/btc stuff so they would just go bananas about it.
He also said it's more of a forum functionality (like the previous April 1st).
