Skrill is one of the worst payment processors out there, I already said it to TRT staff in the past.
Anyway, everyone can have his own opinion about The Rock Trading, but a fee of 3% on DEPOSITS (I repeat: on deposits) for Skrill is crazy.

By accepting Skrill deposits, they are gambling with their customers' money.

Of course, trusting money to people who covertly block withdrawals, blackmail the customer to trust them their personal documents against the letter of their TOS/FAQ, confess that they are ready to keep the money "forever", lie blatantly to try to justify the act, confess that they won't obey the arbitrage decision, post customer's private information on a forum, change their FAQ to try to "clean" their act, etc. (see the OP summary), it's also gambling with your money.

But at least it's your money, not someone else money.

Why did Skrill allow them to sign-up? If they knew about the scam reputation these Rock Trading scammers had maybe they would terminate their deal.

The fact they posted information in this forum that should have been kept private under data protection laws and continued to do so even after numerous users pointed out they were breaking EU (and local Italian) laws means they will eventually face a heavy penalty. The way they have conducted themselves throughout this process shows they are disgusting little imbeciles who managed to destroy what little reputation they had left because of their greed selective scamming attempt.

Skrill should disassociate themselves from Rock Trading scammers.
