hello! i'd like to tell you about my situation by betting on sportsbet.io.
I registered my account 19th of september and i made deposit 1000$ by bitcoin. I made bets 1 day and then i did one more deposit 1000$ by bitcoin.
For a 3 days I had a profit about 1000$ and then sportsbet.io denied me access to my account without any explanations(i saw a message "your account is blocked. connect with support" during login).

I sent e-mail to Technical support, but they didn't answer me a long long time.
So i received e-mail:
"could you please send us the following documents:
1. A scanned or photographed copy of your national ID, passport or driver’s license displaying all four corners of it. If you are sending your ID card or driver’s license, please provide copies of each side of the document.
2. A document that verifies your address such as a utility bill, bank statement or tax bill. It should be no older than 90 days from the date of issue and display all four corners".

I did it. After 7 days they sent me e-mail:
"Hi zakhar94,
Thank you for sending in the documents that are required for KYC procedure.
We are happy to inform that our KYC procedures are becoming more user-friendly and will take even less time for your account to get verified.
To proceed please press HERE and follow the online instructions by our online identity verification partner Veriff".

Of course a i full verified my identity, but I still could not log in to my account.
Then they sent me e-mail:
"Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.
As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions we would like to extend your the ability to explain.
Under rule 3.5
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account/s will be frozen."
and rule 3.6.
If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member Account being blocked."
Please let us know if you have opened previously or actively use any other Sportsbet.io accounts. If so please name these or any such user accounts. that i have another accounts".

Sure i made sometimes bets using PC in my office. We with my colleague discussed these bets and that's all (I wrote about 1,5 weeks ago a post about it here). Their technical support indicated this in a letter:
"At Sportsbet.io we strive to deliver best possible gaming experience to our customer.
As per previous email we have asked if you have any other accounts created with Sportsbet.io, to what you have replied that you don't.
Coming from our second level investigation there were multiple account flagged that you are connected to.
With that we would ask your relevance to the following username: AlinochkaZ
We hope for your honest reply regarding this situation in order for us to proceed".

I answered them that i know who is it. She is my colleague. But they just sent me another message:
"Unfortunately, your account verification was not successful due to following reason:
We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions.
Under rule 16.1.
16.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:
(i) we suspect that you are engaging in money laundering, illegal or other fraudulent activity while using our Website; or
(ii) we suspect that you are depositing Bitcoin which have been obtained unlawfully or in a clearly and seriously debase manner; or
(iii) we obtain evidence that you are part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of Sportsbet.io; or
(iv) we determine that you are using any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our services, any relevant device(s), software, the Website, the casino games, the sportsbook and betting information or any transactions offered on the Website and in particular will not employ or make use of any artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Sportsbet.io systems; or
(v) we determine that you are colluding or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud Sportsbet.io or its customers;
(vi) we determine that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.
As a final exemption we ask you to specify a bitcoin wallet address to where your most recent deposit will be refunded".

As a result sportsbet.io did not even return the deposit, I'm not talking about the winning money!!
It feels like my money was stolen sportsbet.io from me.
