To @OP if your words are real, check the addresses, check your wallet, check the transaction ID/hash on that platform and try to reach out to our support team through Telegram or Twitter.
No one can help you except the platform team if they do not respond within 7 days then open scam case against them.
Right If the OP just asking here can't solve the problem and wait for the ticket support to be answered by the poloniex, if you keep asking here maybe the answer will be the same as all asking to wait for an answer from poloniex.
