You are not posting on Yobit. You are posting on bitcointalk. Bitcointalk has its own rules and you should be aware of them as you are a member of it.
Also, Yahoo62278 is the manager of the campaign you were participating in and you should pay attention to the rules made by the manager.
I, as a member of the bounty, should not care who moderates this campaign. The signature was organized by the YOBIT, I learned about this from YOBIT. The reward for signatures also comes to the YOBIT account. Rules on the exchange page I read. I do not have to figure out who is involved in this thread. So that there are no such problems, the rules in the BTT branch and on the exchange must be identical. In this situation, Im 100% right and you wont convince me. I will calm down only when my request is granted. I have seen enough in my life about the disorder and arbitrariness of officials and superiors. I am for justice and truth. Truth is on my side. If you don't want to be moderated here,then you must be a spacial participant of cryptotalk who may not need to be moderated by yahoo who is appointed to check quality of cryptotalk participants.
