The beta wallet should be launched from the .bat file, and that should work.
But the full QT wallets should be ready this week, so it won't be an issue after that.

When the COMMOD qt wallet is available (which should be later today), you'll be able to copy the wallet.dat from your Komodo appdata folder into the COMMOD appdata folder.
