Guns are made for one purpose, and that purpose is to kill.
I believe that guns are not weapons, they are tools. How they are used is up to the person holding it.
Guns are especially dangerous in the hands of people who don't know how to use them (i.e., kids and teenagers) as well as those who are mentally ill and/or have a temper problem.
Gun control will not stop violence because a violent person doesn’t need a gun to be violent.
After the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, support for gun control increased dramatically.

Generally in America, the support for gun control has outweighed the support for gun rights.
Are gun control laws constitutional?
What would be your ideal set of laws regarding firearms?

I agree with you. Violent people use other materials in their acts. Stabbing incidents have become very common these days. In the absence of a gun, people who intend to cause harm could still go on with it. People possess guns for different reasons. Instead of focusing on the laws too much, I think focus should also be on how to stop or minimize the wrong circulation of guns. Else thousands of laws on gun control may be passed but if the wrong people are still coming into contact with guns, then they will use it for its only intended purpose

Be glad that people who use knives and guns for the wrong purpose are usually kinda dumb. If they were smart, they might:

The variations on the gun in this video are numerous. But check the other videos in the sidebar.
