Every legit coin is "perfect". I mean the idea is promising, the project has great potential, and the dev team are serious and has a solid goal in mind. But all those three will fade away if the public and the investors did not catch the idea. It will be all fall to the promotion and how well the public will respond. As presale, te project needs something that will interest the potential investors before it can be funded for its launch.
