Do really think people will get chance with this last pump and dump to make empty their bags while it is dead and there is no sign of life?
I don't particularly think that will happen, hence the use of the word "hope" 
But once markets go haywire, people buy anything without really thinking about what it actually is. Nothing is impossible. I would not bet on it, though.
