the only safe investing when market is bleeding is Bitcoin but only if there's a chance that you can stand to hold the currency for even longer time,because no other currrency has that huge domination and capitalization to keep safe our funds
but you can also try to risk for some altcoins that goes up and down while market are bleeding,though they are hard to find but at least a chance of profiting in this falling market is indeed.but in either way i will advice you to just buy using your extra funds so in any case that the currency stocked up in value still you can afford to wait
