Ethereum price token once went above that value and if they really push more of effort, they could get genuine projects that will attract the trust of investors once again like ieo is doing and make the value of Ethereum high. The reason why Ethereum is not moving up in price is just because many ico seems dead to a lot of investors, and if you where the one too, you will abstain from ico project at this period as majority of them are not really encouraging most of the existing and intending investors to put in more money into them.
