Why do you trade with the guy who is not trusted at all? What made you consider that guy to be trusted?
The amount is small but that doesn't mean you will just throw it away.
You could have waited for a trusted person to respond for this deal or you should have used escrow service, if no one here willing to do it for free for this small amount then you could have approached for LBC for a minimum fee.
