Now I see what you have been talking about. I think it is an excellent idea to have my investment in the top 15 cryptocurrencies which gets re-balanced every now and then for best performance. I will put a couple of thousand of dollars in IX15 in this project.
is it only on Exmarkets that IEO will take place? if Isonex launches IEO more than 1 exchange it will be better, like p2pb2b the exchange is now very popular, look at coinmarketcap p2pb2b to be number 1 for the biggest trading volume

Unfortunately because IX15 is considered a security it has proven difficult to get listing on the larger exchanges. Also because IX15 token holders can liquidate via the smart contract there is less need for exchange listings compared to other IEO's.
