I think superstitions are fun to have and entertaining to laugh about, it makes it more interesting.
And it's interesting when you don't believe but have some time to trip and tried and then suddenly it worked for you. 
Some gamblers treat them in a serious way, however I think that's the wrong approach to superstition when gambling overall.
Each gambler has his own stand regarding superstitions, some literally are serious with it and there's no way for us to stop them with what they have started to believe.What are common things you're superstitious about when gambling?
If my left hand is itchy, it means I'll have money and become lucky. 
But you know, I've proven this to be part of my laughable belief.
