yes, if a coins with very low volume in the market, thats really big sign if the coins have no interest from the traders

Most of the case but there were some low cap coins which do have potential to increase its price but the question is, which one of them does have the chance?
We cant really conclude nor predict on what would be the future of those projects being mentioned on OP since even how good the project was but the interest of people
or the community is absent then these two would be still destined to fail so i cant really judge it up.Therefore, you should know the risk on buying these coins.
