yes scamers are always around us and they will never stop to commit project fraud as long as regulations / criminal acts on the crypto market are not implemented, maybe regulation is a good way to reduce scamers. and I think it's true that scamers are the main culprits to blame, and for users to be more selective before doing anything on the crypto market.
Even crypto regulations are already implemented, we can't still wipe-out these scamming activities. Not only regulations could help to minimize that scam but it is our individual detection on such activities. Many people get scammed cause they just let it happen with them. Cause if they are aware of what the people say's and also they know how to point scam projects, it absolutely scammers never succeed.
