I don't speak about specific exchange, but i saw many good projects which listed in new exchanges, and what attracted me was the price of the toke, some token's price less than 0.1$ and i was jut thinking that it may increase in the future.
But you also needs to consider that the project will die after the actual released from the exchange, since the concept of IEO's is for the investors to quickly dumped the tokens after being available inside the sponsor exchange. You need to take your time analyzing and reviewing the potential of the coin that you'll going to invest your money.
IEO's nowadays are very risky, as even reputable exchange unable to produced profitable outcome.
