Official 2.1.1.2 Release


THIS RELEASE IS A MANDATORY UPGRADE. IF YOU DO NOT UPGRADE YOU WILL NOT BE ON THE CORRECT CHAIN STARTING AT BLOCK 420420
This release includes all of the previous changes from the experimental 2.1.1.1 release, plus a protocol version number update, and logic to disconnect all lower protocol clients starting at block 420420. Also included are official windows setup installers, instead of just zip files.
