I think we could see an Altcoin that can be functional as part of Point Of Sales (maybe some sort of stable Altcoin or Token) that can be use on a POS.
While stablecoins can be useful in lessening or avoiding fiat, it will not be profitable to have in the long run since it will be keep stable unlike other alts that have ongoing development and goal in their projects that can result for their price to arise in the future. Those coin who are don't provide good customer support or the team are hard to contact about their development, their coin will eventually die since to keep their project, they must learn first to keep their investors.
