first Target should be 10315$ but lets say 9325 for those who don't have patience
1st TP: 9325
2nd TP: 10315:10418
3rd TP: 11086:11307 (maybe* not sure yet, depend on how it advance to 2nd TP ).

Failed: it didn't hold the last low, the reversal time cancelled.
