You don't need to have an expert marketer but you only need a someone who can make your project is promoting on the reputable exchange such as binance, OKEx and etc. Through this exchange will surely help to funding your project because as far as I know there are many people who are queue up to participate and being an investor on those exchanges.

But in the other way, you can use this as promotion place and pick some people who has a good reputation on this forum. Such as Yahoo, LoyceV, Hhampuz and the other to being a bounty manager. I believe if you choose their service you will not be regreted and if your project is good and the concept can be interested by many people then you just wait before your project is filled by many investor.
