No, I only tried the one's I've mentioned in OP, but now that you have mentioned it, I checked the sites on your list (minus those where you have to register to see projects), and here's what I found:

coinality.com/ -> No jobs since 2017

angel.co/bitcoin/jobs -> not really freelance, more like regular job market for crypto startups.

bitgigs.com -> when I checked projects, I only saw offers from people who by mistake post their service offers, and no actual projects. The site seems to be unmoderated.

coinworker.com/ -> microtasks that pay satoshis

bitcoin-vacancy.com -> seems like the site has expired

r/BitcoinJobs & r/Jobs4Bitcoins -> these two seem to have some hiring activity

remoteok.io -> again regular job market, unclear if they pay in BTC

cryptojobslist.com -> same

freelance.kable.co -> still in beta

bounty0x.io -> has some activity, but not much
