If a campaign manager or a team wants a certain rule to be implemented you have to follow those if you are willing to participate in a campaign, you have 4755 posts and it looks like you never knew these rules 
. These general rules are not implemented yesterday but it is followed for years by these managers and the purpose of these signature campaigns is to advertise their product and not burst that in one go, for a change you can start a campaign and allow burst posting
