can anyone invest in new IEO listing in new exchange or it will be risk, i think if the price is low, it have the chance to increase, o what is the experts opinion?
actually it's up to you, but usually people who still think doubtful like you should be able to do a manual check on team information and see the type of project concept, whether it can survive after IEO is finished or will disappear after IEO is finished.
my suggestion, if you are already doubting IEO in the new exchange market, it's better not to invest. your instincts have said that you will experience a loss if you continue to invest.
