yeah, newbie weak hands are leaving bitcoin handing over their small amount of bitcoin to others who understand the true purpose of bitcoin, at a discount just to try and buy it back a couple of months later at a much higher price. 
Very true, these are the newbies who have weak faith with bitcoin because they only invest in bitcoin because it can give big profits but with todays price that is sometimes bearish then they will loss faith in bitcoin. The only people whose with bitcoin are those who have been with bitcoin through thick or thin. Bitcoin is very volatile and that investors should know better.
I don't think this are only newbie selling, and all weak hands don't necessary means it consist of newbie's there are a lot of old timers who are weak hands as well, they sell at the slightest drop in price, you can easily tell this from what you read on telegram groups, you will see who are those complaining, some will claim they have held for more than a year+ yet they want to sell because the loss faith in the project already, this people aren't newbie, the situation in market is making everyone to be afraid.
standing optimistically, believing that everything will be back to the bullish momentum.
It's the investors own outlook, it's not generalize to every people who are inside this market.
