We cannot conclude anything yet so far in this year because the value of bitcoin is still confusing wherein it is still rising and falling a lot as time passes by. Based on my experience, I have seen bitcoin from a very low position to the highest right away, it was quite surprising most specially last year, 2018, it was one of the best year for all of us. The value of bitcoin almost reached 20k dollars and I know that may still happen soon.
