https://ibb.co/nwHMC9HIf this is true then shame on them. However, would you mind to screenshot their actual email, I mean by the look and terminologies of email it looks like it just made by random people that don't have idea on how to reply professionally on customer's email despite of the issue.
Sorry, but it looks unprofessional considering they're in the market for years. I smell something not right.
