Thanks for the info.

When I clicked the link above it says:

“When this happens you run the wallet from a command prompt with the salvagewallet command (ie in windows C:> particle-qt.exe -salvagewallet).  It takes a while but it recovers all the stuck sent transactions.”

I’ve found the particle-qt.exe file but when I click it, it just opens my wallet as usual. I don’t know anything about computer programing so I would be very grateful if someone could explain to me in step by step layman terms how I use a command prompt and what and where the terminal is etc.?


Click Start -> Run Type cmd, when command prompt is opened type "cd particle-qt.exe -salvagewallet"
You can find path by navigating to wallet exe from My computer and C or D and folder where wallet is.

For example: Start -> Run type cmd then cd C:\Users\User\Desktop\particle-qt-8.7.3 then type particle-qt.exe -salvagewallet where User in path is your logged on user.
