Blazr was last online in January, and last posted in 2016.
I can think of 3 possibilities:
1. The screenshot can be fake.
2. Blazr's account might be compromised
3. Blazr might have given up on the forum, and YOLO "nothing to lose".

Blazr woke up just in time to receive the message:

Blazr (or whoever controls the UID) must have had email notifications set up to "wake up" within hours of the message being sent by Betcoin.AG
The Blazr UID page was last archive on 25th September 2018 and shows the account was at that point was
