Please before giving someone loan feel it necessary to check previous post history which will help you to know about that users activity. I have checked this users past post history and he was not active nearly for 4 month from May to September. Obviously this kinda user isn't worthy of having loan IMO. Hope you will be careful enough from next time to avoid this kinda situation.
