Their alleged first and last names visible on a website is not even remotely similar to providing their legal first, middle, and last names, legal and valid photo ID, address, phone number, email, etc.
Take an award for stupidest FUD attempt and thanks for putting a smile on my face.
Sabih - You are a scammer, so your opinion means absolutely nothing, but since you mentioned coinmarketcap 'delisting' I'll offer a response. Waves hasn't reached sufficient volume yet, so it hasn't shown on coinmarketcap. And, as you know, Coinexchnage shut down last week, which was where 99% of the admittedly small volume was.
There are also about 20 websites similar to cmc, where Xtrabytes is still listed. Whether a project is listed on cmc or not has no bearing on whether a project is alive or dead.
CameronYou seriously expect them to put "legal first, middle, and last names, legal and valid photo ID, address, phone number, email" on a team page?
What project team does that. NONE. It's ridiculous that you would even suggest this.
As for replying to the other points, I've no idea why the team didn't go for a provisional patent. In hindsight it would have been a good idea. But I suspect if they had got just a provisional patent, you would have said something along the lines off "It's just a provisional patent - they are only $200 it means nothing".

This Cameron Sabih guy is a known clown

Don't pay too much attention.
At no point did I say - explicitly or otherwise, for the team to put their personal information on the website. What I very clearly stated was that that information is required by large exchanges during their KYC process for projects to have their coin listed on the exchange and that the Xtrabytes team will not ever actually apply to large exchanges because they do not want to give up their personal information to anyone whatsoever.
Also, dont put words in my mouth or assume you know what I would say in any situation. If they had gotten a provisional patent, it would at least somewhat prove that they actually have a product and in some form that has been deemed unique and new. So, my attitude would NOT be what you claim. It would be the complete opposite. Now, if they were to then not file for a full patent within the allotted time period, then my attitude would be more or less what it is now, but dependent on a number of factors, it would likely not be as harsh as it is now and I would not be as adamant about exposing the scam for what it is.
I am unsure why you think Sabih and I are the same person. Its quite obvious we are not, and considering the fact that the Xtrabytes team, as well as the self-proclaimed non-team member doucie1, has doxxed us both, you know full well we are not the same person. Quite funny that the Xtrabytes team, which was proven by Reddit mods to be using numerous alternate accounts to engage in vote manipulation, is claiming others to be using alts. BTW, it was also determined by Reddit mods that we - Sabih, me, citi0zen, swaggalikemoi, fallenkeith, casualnewbie - are all different people, despite yours and the teams numerous claims that we are the same person. So, if anyone here is a clown, as well as liars, its the Xtrabytes team.
