No, this is serious. Creating a website would add major delay to the release, but I am considering it.
When Discord? 
I'm on tor, can't access discord. The comb community can create server but I'm afraid I won't be able to participate..
Well.. download discord.exe maybe? I can create one, sure. But if the dev is not participating, its no use.
