Depends on how is your plan.
Are you gonna have a daily income, or are you just gonna to invest and collect the result in upcoming years.
If you just wanna do a daily trade, i would suggest to buy 50% on BTC and the rest for scalping alts.
But if you want to long term invest, buying 5-10 type of top altcoins is recommended
