Poloniex is one of the exchanges that have the worst customer service in their industry. Probably the reason they lost their spot as top exchanges before. I am not really sure if they are going to do an exit scam but thanks for the heads up.

Going thru the next step and suddenly my account was BASIC and not veryfied anymore!? They just canceld my state.
I am just a bit confused with this one. Is your email in your mobile app the same email account that is VERIFIED in poloniex. I am thinking it is viewed as a new account that is why it is basic account.
