I would add Canada to my personal list
-Excellent electricity rates, some of the best in the world

Would add also Philippines.
I am not sure if it was implemented in other countries but my country has a special app for crypto (Coins.ph) where you can do all sorts of transactions you want with your BTC. Paying bills? Cashing it out? Buying game credits? Mobile credits? They got all in there.
