I don't believe so.

I think these altcoins are just following bitcoin's uptrend, as usual. As long as bitcoin's dominance is this high, i believe altcoins will always just be directly correlated to bitcoin's price. To back this up, all you need to do is look at the historical charts, only bitcoin has retained it's value (and even with some gains) compared to some altcoins out there that have lost almost 99% of their value.
