Also, with the new hardware coming in it is time to get rid of the old BFL and Avalon hardware. In-hand hardware is always in high demand, so we shouldn't have a problem selling it. I will put up for sale threads today.

please also come up with a plan on how we are going to spend the btc reserve we have and the 50% btc that will be mining from the 28TH.
Already working on that; I'm in the loop on what's next with a few key mining companies, so we will know exactly where to put our holdings
