I am very surprised after reading these words...
I really have no idea what are you talking about. I am with bethereum from the start and had no problems yet. If I had, asked team about it and solved the problem instantly. Bethereum has the best staff(and i'm really honest), who are in touch with community everytime. I am not sure your words are real, or fault of the Bethereum.
It sounds like blaming team for nothing...
