There are so many gamblers in crypto it doesn't shock me that some of them think of it as free money.  It isn't.  Gambling is about the riskiest activity you could do with your bitcoin and if you make a profit you're just lucky.

There's no free fiat and there's no free bitcoin except for faucets, and you pay for that pittance with your valuable time. 

The only good way to earn bitcoin is through signature campaigns or if you can find a real job that pays in bitcoin, and there aren't many of those around.  Trading is about as risky as gambling, by the way.  It's certainly not an easy way to make money.
