Investing in IEO must be safer but not guaranteed profitable to all investors. Because many new exchanges are extinct, they also create thier own IEO program they make cheaper listing fee compared to popular exchange . so they can easily attract new developers to enter in them.
of course if we talk about investing money in IEO from newcomer/small exchange is not guaranted whether get more profit or just waste our money in shit project, that's why investor must selective to choose platform for investing money in IEO
