however the yobit admin at the exchange chat replied that they are different tokens "2 different contract" and the tokens are not at their side that is why it did not reach.
I tried to contact the ethplorer team but I found this info as follows:
Ethplorer IS NOT a wallet and DOES NOT store any tokens or coins. The purpose of Ethplorer is to help you see and monitor tokens that are issued and transacted over Ethereum blockchain. Another words, **you can view but you can't touch**.
Therefore it's impossible to withdraw or send tokens from Ethplorer, because it has no tokens.
To touch and actually send tokens you need to be in possession of the private key from the address where tokens are stored. Without private key it's not possible to access any token or coin.
To send tokens you need to use a wallet (for example myetherwallet) and private keys from the address with token balance
* If you need to transfer specific tokens to another address, go to the website of its token developer or ICO and read there.
* If you want to trade tokens, contact cryptocurrency exchange.
