Most ICOs from 2017-2018 never delivered on their promises because they were being ran by a bunch of assholes who didn't deliver squad... We need more regulation. Only then will ICOs get better imo.
ICOs are never dead anymore just have lower price after listing on market, many ICO success listed with ten markets kind but they only have lower price than ICO, never we got an ICOs project dead because delisting with exchange market and do not have potential buy lost buy or sell order in exchange market, always have activities on every market listed ICOs coins.
Because ICO demand is weaker now compared to 2017 and 2018 where they collect almost a million dollars. And I think this is because of the scam so people have lost confidence in investing in ICOs. The only way for the ICO to last longer is for regulation to revive people's interest in investing in it.
