Most ICOs from 2017-2018 never delivered on their promises because they were being ran by a bunch of assholes who didn't deliver squad... We need more regulation. Only then will ICOs get better imo.
ICOs are never dead anymore just have lower price after listing on market, many ICO success listed with ten markets kind but they only have lower price than ICO, never we got an ICOs project dead because delisting with exchange market and do not have potential buy lost buy or sell order in exchange market, always have activities on every market listed ICOs coins.
ICO is not dying, I think it is because of the condition of the market. I realized that when the market is pumped every ICO is gone successful because the price are high and there are lots of investors that investing their money in every project because there low possibility that the project failed since there are lot investors and supporters are waiting that particular project to be successful or to be listed. There are new projects arising but it is not called ICO and it is called IEO instead it is way better than ICO as of now for me. Maybe sometime when the market recovers every ICO will be alive again and then there are more projects arising with their unique blockchain technology.
