I don't think so man. They aren't active on bitcointalk, but they continue to improve project. The ecosystem is growing and companies built on Hydro have begun. Their Twitter and Telegram accounts are very active. Many people, including myself, aren't updating because of the annoying situation in the market. I still think it's a promising project.
