Such a way (the one Binance is coming with) allows to be more objective with voting. Why? Because they let community to choose. And thats what allows to list only best and in-demand solutions onto Binance. Cause users choose from the ones they love the most. You say VRAB, NEW, EVT, PYN. I need to do a little own research
