Their next IEO round will start Nov 1 as per latoken ann, the reason why you are getting no data requested pair. As per 1st round, it seems that they didn't get much, $1.3M raised. But not bad at all when you compared to other projects that haven't raised any.

Real estate industry is one of the sectors that is really complicated in nature. The actual implementation still needs the physical presence of the buyer and seller for final signing of documents. But if you want to participate in trading, that would be much easier for real-estate backed tokens.

You may be right but if a project is listed at Latoken, the failure rate will be very high. Most of the IEO projects at this exchange are not very profitable for investments and often have lots of liquidity problems so I'm still very skeptical about this project. I really like the idea of the project's real estate but I will never choose to invest because the IEO at Latoken is the only reason I am not satisfied.

You can trust them and invest but I recommend you to be more careful because you will probably be the next victim of the project. I have met many similar projects in the past and all were forgotten in this market.
