exactly! considering that the price couldn't easily get lower, and the ATH was over 20 sats (second peak over 10 sats) and those were not linked to BTC pumps...
Buying at this level gives no guarantee for a 10x or 20x, but...it definitely gives you some fair odds! A very cheap, and low-risk lottery ticket, I'd say Grin
